The operator can select from 2 washing systems:

Automatic wash:

The "Rosa System" patent inhibits the solvent to penetrate the gun air duct and give the opportunity to efficiently wash 2 guns, spraying nozzles, paint cans, mixing stirrers and paint filters at the same time cutting solvent costs.

Manual wash:

This system takes place on the grid top by means of 2 flow tap pumps and 1 clean rinse spray. Given the outstanding exhaust system, colour tests are also possible.

Manual washing with water

Ideal for disposable cup users using detergent. Entirely in stainless steel, Eco Mini Water spraygun washer is a compact and economic machine for water-based paints, designed to wash spray guns and small items. It is equipped with a pre-washing pump and an spray final rinse for the final washing with clean liquid.
Under the washing grid there is a filter that absorbs and partially purify the dirty water. The filters are replaceable and can be reused after the water evaporation and the dry paint removed.

Brake Washer - 521

The mobile brake washer basically is a multiuse trolley with a stainless steal basin that is used to wash various motors and mechanical parts. Using the sloping top provided, vehicle brakes can be washed even when the hydraulic ramp is used. The Brake washer is supplied with a pneumatic membrane pump which feeds the washing brush and blow gun to guarantee a thorough final cleaning process.
